1. Which courier do you work with and how many days will I receive my parcel?
admin2025-02-07T13:43:43+02:00The courier companies we work with are ELTA COURIER. As stated in our terms and conditions the usual delivery time is 6-7 working days.
2. If something doesn’t fit or I don’t like it, can I change it?
admin2025-02-07T13:44:51+02:00Each parcel contains a "return form", on which the exact instructions for the exchange procedure are written. You then send us the parcel with the same courier you received at our expense (recipient's charge) and after it has passed a quality check and complies with our returns policy and terms, we send you the new product with a 4€ exchange cost, amount payable on new receipt. Important. Exchanges are not made on underwear, socks and swimwear (bottoms). In case of an error or defective product, there is no exchange cost and we will send you your new product free of charge.
3. How to choose the right size?

4. Are refunds made?
